My journey begins…with Whitman AND the HJT

“I sat down and tried to rest. I could not; though I had been on foot all day, I could not now repose an instant; I was too much excited. A phase of my life was closing tonight, a new one opening tomorrow: impossible to slumber in the interval; I must watch feverishly while the change was being accomplished.” ― Charlotte Brontë, Jane Eyre

Brontë’s words couldn’t encapsulate it better. Feverish. Too much excited. Not now repose. A phase of one life closing tonight to create a new one opening tomorrow.

Thankfully not as quick as a single night’s span, but a two week feverish change. I see good things for the future. I see a future of yin and yang balance—of positivity and diligence, hard work and humor, education and creativity.

The space is given, the stage is set. Enter down-hall right.
